Creation Celebration in Medina, TX

  1. What is this Event about?
    Join us for a truly unique and spiritual experience during both the upcoming Annular Eclipse in October 2023 AND the Total Eclipse in April 2024! We are excited to host a 3-day celebration of the creator, God, coinciding with these once-in-a-lifetime celestial events. 

    Throughout the weekend, we will have a lineup of inspiring speakers each day, providing spiritual insights and guidance that are especially relevant during this time of rare celestial occurrence. Our worship sessions will be infused with the energy of the eclipse, creating a truly transformative experience.

    In addition to our speakers and worship sessions, we will have a special viewing area set up for the Eclipse, allowing you to witness the awe-inspiring event in all its glory. Plus, we will have a prayer tent available for those who wish to spend time in quiet reflection and meditation during this powerful time. 

    Of course, we also have plenty of other activities and amenities to enjoy throughout the weekend. Delicious food will be available at the Core and from local food trucks. Our beautiful river access will provide a serene and peaceful setting to connect with nature and the divine. And don't forget to grab a souvenir of your experience with our special event T-Shirts and Hoodies available for purchase.

  2. Where is the Event being held?
    14015 Broadway St. Medina, Texas 78055. (map it)  
  3. What is the Cost of the Event?
    $25 per vehicle.
    Tent camping is available for $100 for the full weekend.
  4. How do I purchase tickets?
    Tickets can be purchased at the gate or at Core House Ministries
  5. What does the ticket cost include?
    Entry to the 3 day event. There will be 3 speakers a day with Christian based worship. A prayer tent will also be available for event goers. Food will be available at the Core as well as food trucks. There is river access on the property, so people will be able to use that as well. T-shirts and hoodies will be available for sale.
  6. Dates and Times?
    Annular Eclipse, October 13-15, 2023. 
    Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-12pm 

    Total Eclipse, April 7-9, 2024. Event details to be announced later.
  7. Is Parking Provided?
    Parking will be onsite, is first come, first serve, and is part of your entry.  
  8. What amenities are provided?
    Port-A-Potties with hand washing stations will be available for guests use. Dumpsters will be placed on the property for trash disposal.  Food will be for sale though the Core and food trucks. 
  9. Is Tent camping or RV parking available?
    Tent campers should bring items such as a tent, sleeping bags, extra clothing. There will not be showers available for tent campers. RVs are allowed but there will be no dumping stations. They must be all inclusive.
  10. What should I plan to bring?
    Bring cash just in case there is a loss of internet and therefore our charge machines will not function. If you plan to camp, make sure you bring all the items you deem necessary to be comfortable for your stay. For example, a tent, blankets, extra clothing, swimsuit, trash bags, food and snacks, blankets, drink items, and anything else you need to be comfortable. .
